Some dieters, to help with the process of detoxifying the body use laxative teas. It is very important to stay hydrated at all times and take plenty of fluids.

When finished with the liquid colon cleanse, develop the habit of eating fiber rich foods such as fruits, vegetables, and other types of food that are loaded with the right vitamins and minerals. You can stop eating unhealthy processed foods such as junk food as the process will make it easier for you to give these up from your diet.
